I’m an Organisational Psychology graduate with a professional footprint including cutting my teeth at GE’s EMEA HQ in London in Purchasing and Administration, lots of fun in Sales at Wincanton Contracts (Unigate’s Vehicle Leasing Division), and a richly-rewarding adventure in the training field as co-founder of a business language services company, working with executives from diverse multinationals in Barcelona.

I’ve been in Recruitment since the beginning of the century, starting out in an IT Recruitment agency in Barcelona, and later helping to steer a UK-based international Recruitment company through a successful re-branding to position it as a major reference point as the link between Spain, the UK and the rest of Europe. I later co-founded an independent Recruitment and Management Consultancy, focussed on similar aims, including a wider geographical range of activity.

I set up Team Grow at the beginning of 2012 to offer quality solutions within a clearly-defined functional space – a specialisation in no-nonsense Recruiting, with an instantly appreciable and consistently personal service.
